Your Opinion…

I’m in the process of designing some prints for Society6, specifically for iPhones cases. I’ve been searching for a new case myself and can’t decide which to pick, so I thought it’d be fun to design some.

SO, I’m looking for YOUR opinion, specifically when it comes to colors: When you’re looking for a new case, are you drawn to more neutral colored ones or bright colors? How do you pick a case? Based on color or based on pattern / artwork? Do you ever feel that if you have a bright colored case you’ll get sick of it faster? ( Maybe I just have a bit of a fear when it comes to a commitment to color because my current case is white! )

Share your thoughts, I really value your opinons!

It took me DAYS to decide on a case for mine! I went with a solid lime color because I knew I would like it for a long period of time. ( I definitely almost went with white for this reason too! ) The protection of the case was also a factor though. I probably would’ve gone for a pattern if I could’ve found one that had the protection I was looking for.

To answer your questions, ( because I just kind of rambled! haha! ) When looking at cases just for fun, I’m usually much more drawn to bright colors and fun patterns. + I actually feel that because I did go for a bright color, I’ve liked it longer!

Hope this helps a little! :)
Can’t wait to see what you come up with!

I love your patterns, I’d get all of those! :)

When I look for cases, I tend to go for neutrals with a pop of color. I’m also drawn to watercolor patterns.

Loooove the 3rd pattern. I have a turquoise cover now with patterns and I like dirty pastels :) Had a neon pink one before that but it got dirty from my jeans pocket straight away.

When it comes to iphone cases I am drawn to neutral colors with a simple pattern. And I agree with you- I stay away from bright colors/pattens in fear I might tire of them quickly too!
